Returns & Cancellations 

No statutory right of withdrawal

Our entire product range consists of deep-frozen, quickly perishable foods. For such goods, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g paragraph 2 no. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB), because they can spoil quickly or their best-before date would be rapidly exceeded if returned. Returns of food are therefore generally excluded for reasons of hygiene and food safety.

Voluntary cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time as long as the goods have not yet left our warehouse. The decisive moment is before you receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. Please send your cancellation request immediately to hello@flyingpieme.de. Unfortunately, once the goods have been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

If something is not right

If your delivery arrives damaged, something is missing, or you have received the wrong goods by mistake, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a fair and satisfactory solution. In such cases, simply use the contact details from our legal notice or write to hello@flyingpieme.de.
