Shipping within Germany

We ship Monday to Thursday. Orders placed by 9:00 without a selected delivery date are processed and shipped the same day, with express delivery the following day by end of day.
Orders placed after 9:00am on Thursday are processed Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Delivery does not take place on weekends, public holidays, or the day after a public holiday.

Preferred delivery date

If a preferred delivery date has been requested, delivery is scheduled for the selected date, Tuesday to Friday, excluding public holidays and the day after a public holiday. While we do our best to deliver on the requested day, delivery on that day cannot be guaranteed. Delays outside our control, such as carrier issues or extreme weather, may occur.

DHL Express

• Small cardboard box: 9,99€ per box
• Large cardboard box: 16,49€ per box

DPD Express

• Flat rate per disposable cardboard box: 5,99€

Reusable carton (Mehrwegbox)

• Shipping fee: 5,99€ per box (DPD Express)
• Deposit: 10€ per box (refundable)

We offer a reusable carton made from recycled ocean plastic. Each box includes a 10€ deposit, which is refunded when the box and packing materials are returned. Reusable boxes are shipped with DPD Express and come with a prepaid return label for easy return of the box and packaging.

Additional payment information
