Shipping within Germany

We ship our frozen products exclusively to addresses in Germany that can be served by UPS Express with next-business-day delivery. We dispatch Monday to Thursday. Orders placed by 9:00 AM are processed the same day and delivered the following working day by end of day. Delivery therefore takes place Tuesday to Friday, excluding public holidays and the day after a public holiday. Orders placed after 9:00 AM on Thursday are processed the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Preferred delivery date

If you select a preferred delivery date, we will aim to deliver your parcel on that day (Tuesday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery on the chosen day is by end of day. The selected date is a preferred date and not a contractually guaranteed delivery date. Delays beyond our control (e.g. caused by the carrier or extreme weather conditions) are possible.

Please note: If you make changes to the delivery yourself via UPS (e.g. change of delivery date or redirect to a pickup shop), the delivery may be delayed. We cannot be held liable for any delays this causes, nor for any resulting quality issues (e.g. defrosting).

Shipping costs (incl. VAT)

Shipping costs are based on the number and size of the insulated boxes required. Each box is charged separately:

  • Small box: €9.99 – holds up to approx. 14 pies (fewer if sides like mash or dips are ordered)
  • Large box: €10.49 – holds up to approx. 30 pies (fewer if sides like mash or dips are ordered)

If your order exceeds the capacity of one box, multiple boxes will be used and the total shipping cost will be the sum of those boxes (e.g. 1 small + 1 large box = €20.48). Orders of more than 30 pies generally require multiple shipping boxes. The exact shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your order volume.

Surcharges for Extended and Remote Areas

UPS applies additional surcharges for postcodes classified as Extended or Remote Areas, which we pass on as follows:

  • Extended Area: + €1.99
  • Remote Area: + €4.99

The applicable surcharge will be displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address and is added on top of the box total.

Areas not served

Certain postcodes cannot be reached by UPS Express with next-day delivery. These areas are excluded from shipping. If you enter such a postcode at checkout, a notice will appear informing you that delivery to this address is currently unavailable and you will not be able to complete the order.
