This pie is so delicious! Stewed apricots and apples, refined with vanilla and almonds. Tastes best in combination with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream.

preparation

It's best to defrost pies before baking - overnight in the fridge or for a few hours at room temperature. Then bake in the oven or in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until crispy on the outside and warm on the inside!

Alternatively, the pies can also be baked from frozen at 170 degrees Celsius, but this takes about 30-40 minutes.
