Pulled pork – our favourite from the street food scene. Local, high quality meat from the Eifel region, rubbed in spices and slowly braised overnight, then marinated in our homemade BBQ sauce. Be sure to enjoy it with our chipotle yogurt!

preparation

It's best to defrost pies before baking - overnight in the fridge or for a few hours at room temperature. Then bake in the oven or in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until crispy on the outside and warm on the inside!

Alternatively, the pies can also be baked from frozen at 170 degrees Celsius, but this takes about 30-40 minutes.
