Small (6 pies + 6 Dips + 3 Mashed Potato): Spinach Ricotta x2, Veggie Curry x2, Sweet Potato, Mac n Cheese.  Dips: Pesto x2, Mango Chutney x3, Cheese Dip.  Mashed Potato x 3

Medium (9 pies + 9 Dips + 4 Mashed Potato): Spinach Ricotta x2, Veggie Curry x2, Sweet Potato, Mac n Cheese x2, Red Lentil Spinach, Cauliflower Cheese.  Dips: Pesto x3, Mango Chutney x4, Cheese Dip x2. Mashed Potato x 4

Large (12 pies + 12 Dips + 6 Mashed Potato): Spinach Ricotta x2, Veggie Curry x2, Sweet Potato x2, Mac n Cheese x2, Red Lentil Spinach x2, Cauliflower Cheese x2.  Dips:Pesto x4, Mango x6, Cheese Dip x2.  Mashed Potato x 6

PIE BAKING:

It is best to defrost pies before baking - overnight in the fridge or for a few hours at room temperature. Then bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until crispy on the outside and warm on the inside!
Alternatively, the pies can also be baked from frozen at 170 degrees, but this takes about 30-40 minutes.
