The Pepper Steak Pie is one of the all time classics! Chunks of tender local beef, slow cooked in a peppery jus with root vegetables and red wine. Perfect to enjoy with our self made ketchup!

preparation

It's best to defrost pies before baking - overnight in the fridge or a few hours at room temperature.
Then bake in the oven or in the hot air fryer at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until they are crispy
on the outside and warm on the inside!

Alternatively, the pies can also be baked frozen at 170 degrees, but this takes about 30-40 minutes.
